    Job description:
    1. Coordinating in overall administration and project execution plans with Sub Contractors, Project Team & Project Mangers
    2. Analyzing subcontractors’ terms/ conditions for various risks such as ambiguities, conflicts or deviations from the scope of work.
    3. Monitoring various site activities/ work proceeds and suggesting the Site Manager on remedies for mitigating the risks involved
    4. Identifying and collating the costs involved in order to develop an overall budget for any project.
    5. Planning cost in coordination with the members of the design team for arriving at practical solutions and staying within the project budget. Providing cash flow data to enable the client to plan resources adequately to meet contract commitments.
    6. Valuing the work carried out each month and submitting a recommendation for certified payment after deciding on how much of a job should be paid for at any one time with interest rates\
    7. Assessing the cost effects when changes occur and agree on variation with contractors.
    8. Preparation of Variation Statements, Rate Analysis
    9. Preparation of various progress reports like DPRs,MPR and QPR
    10. Recording, checking and processing running and escalation bills
    11. Monitoring Physical/Financial/Engineering progress at site by preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly progress report emphasizing the key issues to submit to Higher Management. Shortfall analysis.
    12. Preparing MIS report.
    13. Pre bid Survey, Estimation of Quantities, rate analysis and costing for tendering. 
    Desired Skills 
    • BE (Civil) from a reputed institution
    • Excellent knowledge and understanding of NHAI bidding procedures
    • Ability to understand and analyze technical bid parameters and bid models
    • Quantity survey and basic design experience with knowledge in auto cad

    • Min 10 to 15 Years of Experience post BE (Civil) alongwith working experience in a bidding team for 5 years

    Revenue Assurance-F&A

    Job description:
    1. Prepare the Revenue Budget and monthly revised estimate based on revenue trends.
    2. Develop Revenue Assurance Process and implement the same as per Industry Standards
    3. Follow up on closure of IA points and monitoring the progress. Highlight deviations and critical issue if any.
    4. Monitor and Analyze Revenue on Daily basis to evaluate performance against Budget
    5. Analyze daily Toll collection & Exemption report,  identify areas of revenue Leakage and Frauds and suggest  steps to plug loopholes.
    6. Coordination with TMS provider to resolve the Revenue related issues
    7. Take necessary actions in coordination with O&M Team for closure for various Audit points on Revenue , Traffic and TMS.
    8. Preparation of Various MIS reports to Management on or before 07th day of next month and set up process for review of same.
    9. Weekly visit to Toll Plaza and Test Audit vehicle movement  transaction from system and report to management in case of any discrepancies.
    10. Develop critical SOPs as per industry norms  
    11. Any other work as an when required as per company/management requirement.

    ·      Review, consolidate and finalize annual accounts and submit for board approval

    ·      Review, consolidate and approve final accounts after scrutiny and submit to the CFO for approval

    ·      Ensure proper execution of statutory audits as per timelines and in coordination with internal control and compliance department if required

    ·      Co-ordinate with external auditors for faster resolution of audit queries and presentation of financial data in required format

    ·      Guide preparation of annual book of accounts in line with planned time schedule and accounting norms and standards

    ·      Drive development and implementation of all accounting policies & procedures in compliance with Indian accounting standards

    ·      Undertake corporate financial planning and prepare annual financial budgets for BRNL, regional offices and departments

    ·      Prepare annual and monthly operational budgets in coordination with department heads

    ·      Maintain, review and analyses records relating to fixed assets, liabilities and other financial transactions of the company

    ·      Manage activities related to calculation and filing of various direct and indirect taxes viz., Corporate Tax, TDS, WCI and GST

     ·      Manage Financial Management Information Systems and ensure that relevant financial data / reports are provided on a regular basis to assist business leaders in making informed decisions
